It smells of sweat, worn-out trainers and dreams that no ‘skurwielej branży’ can take away. Instead of light-hearted parties, there is hard work until your voice is hoarse and your soles crack. But in the end, behind all this looms a plate of ‘kaviar, kelner, proszę kawior’ - not for show, but as a symbol of honestly earned money. The joke about the ozone layer in the gallery is the ironic cherry on top: it doesn't matter what you're served, as long as you're surrounded by your friends and the taste of victory.
