It would be convenient if life really had a red switch - press it, and everyone who was sick with something worse than a cold would disappear without a trace. No calls, no photos, no sudden reminders in your playlist. Just a clean slate and a clear head. But reality, as luck would have it, has no buttons: memories linger longer than you'd like, and your heart is still convinced that it knows how to choose.

A film plays in my head, where one character is cut out, but the scene still plays out. And with each line, it becomes clearer - I won't be able to forget, but I can rewrite the script. Make it quieter, remove the drama, add a little irony. After all, if you think about it, not every ‘bad’ frame is worth deleting - some are needed in order to finally move on to the next one.
