Zielone buty

Height is not just about mountains. Sometimes it is that strange state when there is a ringing silence around you, your fingers go numb, and your head suddenly becomes clear. No people, no warmth, just the sky and the stars - and some stubborn hope that the morning will still be bright.

This is no place for money, logic or plans. Only the lightness that comes when you have nothing to lose - except the memories of those who stayed behind. And maybe that's what growing up is: freezing to the point of shivering, losing your youth and pride, but still waiting for the stars to let you return. At least for one night.
