There's love that you'd be better off not getting involved in, loneliness that's louder than any company, and endless scrolling through your feed for the sake of emptiness. It's like you want silence, but as soon as it comes, it gets scary loud inside.

Doubts about the future, paranoia about food, phone addiction, the desire to turn off the lights for at least a couple of weeks... All of this comes together in a chaotic stream, where up and down get mixed up, and the only desire is to simply ‘get off the grid.’ Music turns this chaos into an almost therapeutic cry: a little wild, a little honest, but painfully recognisable.
