A warm postcard with the scent of the southern sun and the ringing of cicadas' wings in the evening. Here, love is compared to a Sunday ‘hallelujah,’ to red clay underfoot, and to a river whose waters know all the secrets of childhood. In every note, there is a longing for home and the certainty that even thousands of miles away, the heart will still land where the cardinal sings on the porch and the familiar accent lingers.
