what can i do?

Sometimes happiness really does seem suspicious - too smooth, too perfect, as if it's about to burst like a soap bubble from a random breath. Everything is beautiful, almost lunar, but somewhere under my ribs, a feeling itches: is it too good to be true? Maybe that's the catch. Around are sparkles, lightness, and a soft "so good" that makes your head spin and simultaneously makes you want to run away. Because perfect is tiring. Even meditation doesn't help when everything suddenly becomes too bright. But I'm still drawn there - to that fleeting, transparent feeling, like a dream on the verge of waking.
