Sometimes familiar streets suddenly feel foreign. The same walls, the same cups on the shelf - only the air is different, heavier, as if someone turned off the sound in life and left only the rustle of the rain. Once, all of this was called "we," and now even the pronoun is falling apart like an old photograph without a frame. The song has that strange calm that comes after a storm: it doesn't hurt anymore, but it's not easy yet. You just let go because you can't hold on anymore. I wish the rain would wash everything away - words, promises, and marks on the glass. And if memories are to remain, let them at least be good ones, without sharp edges. Not every story has to end beautifully. Sometimes it's enough to just breathe out and let it end.
