There is a silence in which the past can be heard. It does not go away, it simply hides in the pauses between breaths and the sounds of rain outside the window. Time passes, faces change, but inside, that same light still lives on - stubborn, like a memory that refuses to fade. There are feelings that do not need to be present to be real. They just live - somewhere deep inside, where neither oblivion nor logic can reach. And even though life goes on, some people remain - not nearby, but forever.
