Sometimes it's not motivation or coffee that saves you, but simply taking action - lacing up your trainers and going wherever your eyes take you. The world is noisy, thunderous, drizzly, everyone is going somewhere, kissing on bridges and arguing with traffic lights, and inside there is the usual chaos of thoughts, plans and a slight fatigue from all this ‘living’. But step by step, it goes away - along with the overthinking, yesterday's worries, and that feeling that everything is meaningless.

There are no great revelations here - just an honest life, where yoghurt is bought with the hope that tomorrow will be easier. Where, against the backdrop of rain and piano glitches, a quiet realisation is born: yes, the world is strange, but it really needs more love. And until the light bulb burns out, you can keep going.
