Description
There are songs in which you don't look for meaning - you just sit back, like in an old armchair, and listen to the crackling of memory. This one is just like that. It flows slowly, like moonlight on the walls, and smells like the dampness of old photographs, where the faces are slightly faded, but the feelings are not.
It's all about departure and the silence that follows. About that pause where people no longer cry, but don't really live either. When night ceases to be a time of day and becomes a state - thick, viscous, like ink in which dawn has drowned.
The music seems in no hurry to sympathise - it just sits there, silent and breathing. And in this restraint lies all the warmth that the human heart is capable of.

Anılardan yontulmuş bir yüze değip, bir felakete adadım kendimi.
Deneyerek sesimi yeni bir ölüde.
Her gün sabahla baharın geldiğini resimlerde yaşayan ekimleri, akşamın yalnızlığa düşürdüğü kafiyeyi, kılıçla kesilen yatsıları, mavi kuş zindanlarını ve sıkıntıyı adlandıran geceleri müjdeledim.
Ben kaldım, yalnızlıkla karşıladım her şeyi.
O gitti, bir sevdaya yasladı kendini.
Ben kaldım, yalnızlıkla karşıladım her şeyi.
O gitti.
O gitti.
O gitti, bir sevdaya yasladı kendini.
O gitti, bir sevdaya yasladı kendini.
Ben kaldım, yalnızlıkla karşıladım her şeyi.
O gitti, bir sevdaya yasladı kendini.
Ben kaldım, yalnızlıkla karşıladım her şeyi.
O gitti.
English translation
Touching a face carved from memories, I devoted myself to a disaster.
By trying my voice in a new dimension.
Every day, I heralded the coming of spring with the morning, the living plantings in the pictures, the rhyme that the evening brought to loneliness, the night prayers cut by the sword, the dungeons of the blue bird, and the nights that named boredom.
It brought long sorrows in my heart.
However, the pain increased and the mountains fell asleep.
The city fell asleep in the arms of darkness.
The dawn breaking in the depths of the sea, the absent-mindedness on his face, and the thin letters on his mouth were asleep.
I would believe my fortune now.
To my words, spirit scales, dead Turkish tsars, night and day?
It brought long sorrows in my heart.
I herald the nights that name the trouble.
He left and leaned on a love.
I stayed and faced everything alone.
He left and leaned on a love.
I stayed and faced everything alone.
He's gone.
He's gone.
He left and leaned on a love.
He left and leaned on a love.
I stayed and faced everything alone.
He left and leaned on a love.
I stayed and faced everything alone.
He's gone.
