Sound that makes no concessions to modesty. Everything here is on the verge of audacity and bravado - from playful ‘bop’ to clear statements like ‘I'll take what I want because I can.’ Each line sounds like a catwalk stride in platform trainers: loud, confident and with such a trail of self-assurance that passers-by keep looking back for a long time afterwards.

This is not about romance, but about the thrill of being the centre of attention, of messing with the plans of those who ‘just wanted to hang out’. The voice conveys that very mixture of irony and arrogance, laughing at others' envy and boasting about one's own victories. The music seems to push the idea that if you're going to shine, you might as well do it in such a way that no one has any doubts about whose night it is.
