Description

Feelings laid out line by line - like a hangover after a holiday that was too bright to pass without a trace. In every word there is the weight of loss, but also a strange relief, as if the pain has finally ceased to be a secret. This is a case where the heart is torn apart, but the mouth still says ‘it was worth it,’ and in this phrase there is no justification, but a faint glimmer of meaning.

This is not the romance of suffering, but an honest inventory of the consequences: double blows from yesterday's joys, envelopes with dreams that are better left unopened, and an attempt not to know about someone else's new happiness. The music sounds like a conversation in the kitchen at night - quiet, with a lump in the throat, but still with the hope that this truth will one day cease to cut from within.

Lyrics and translation

Original

Me pongo mal, me cuesta hablar.

Me pongo mal, me cuesta hablar.

Este dolor no se me va.

Me pongo mal, me cuesta hablar.

No -estás.

-Dime si valió la -pena. -No estás.

Dime si vale la pena.

English translation

Lying on his back, sad thinking about how beautiful he was.

I gave it all to the wrong person, but it was worth it.

I'm telling my family.

My little sister almost cried with rage.

Mommy loved your words, but it was worth it.

-This pain won't go away.

I get sick, it's hard for me to talk.

My voice breaks when I say that you are no longer here.

I don't want to know if there is already someone and if someone knows, don't tell me. Although I already know, if I don't see it so bad it doesn't feel so bad.

Now the hangover hits me twice as hard and I kept our future in any envelope so I wouldn't see it anymore because it bothers me and I don't see anyone like you - this one then. -Tell me if it was worth it.

Tell me if it's worth it.

Sleep with spirits than together.

This pain won't go away.

I get sick, it's hard for me to talk.

My voice breaks when I say that's it. . .

This pain won't go away.

I get sick, it's hard for me to talk.

My voice breaks when I say that you are no longer here.

You are not.

-Tell me if it was worth it. -You're not here.

Tell me if it's worth it.
