Goldmine

There are moments that resemble the sudden discovery of a secret passage in the house where you have lived your entire life. The walls appear to be the same, the windows face north, the dishes are on the shelves, but inside, something new suddenly opens up, full of air and light. And, oddly enough, it turns out that this is what has always been missing.

These sounds express the delight of someone who has found a gold mine for the first time and is ready to give up everything just to feel it again. It is not a romantic drama, but the excitement of a hunter who suddenly realises: this is it, this is the real thing. I wanted to carry it in my pocket like a talisman and check every five minutes to see if it was still there.

And everything repeats itself like a spell: ‘I want to feel.’ Not for history, not for show, but for the first time - yes, exactly like that, for real, without the old protective layers. And in this endless ‘for the first time,’ you can hear the thirst for life, as if existence before this was just a trial version.
