Description
The words sound like longing for a person who is sought not only with the eyes, but also through cities, rain and one's own doubts. They contain a mixture of Kurdish melodiousness and Istanbul fatigue: the streets of two shores that will never meet, love like a bridge across the Bosphorus, but without supports.
The music carries this story gently, like rain in August: sometimes it pours, sometimes it turns into steam, leaving only the smell of wet stone. Behind the cry of ‘nerdesin’ there is no hysteria, but tenderness mixed with stubbornness - the desire to find, even if you have already declared yourself divane. The result is a song-spell about how difficult it is to let go of someone who has grown into your heart, and how beautiful this pain sounds when filtered through rhythm and voice.
