Love is like a lit match – beautiful, bright, but always leaving a smell of burning. Memories remain of red Mustangs, fast roads and promises that never reached their destination. Instead of conversations, now there is only an empty half of the bed and a mirror reflecting someone else's shadow. But somewhere ahead looms the day when breathing will become easier and memories will cease to scratch from within. For now, the pain is louder than words, but that is honesty - after all, fire cannot burn quietly.
