Description
The television is crackling, the trams have stopped, the rain is pouring down indiscriminately, and somewhere on the screen, that very dream encounter flashes by. It's all simple and, at the same time, absurdly touching: save up money, get there, settle down nearby and say, ‘Hi.’ Without pathos, but with the certainty that happiness sometimes comes in the form of a neighbour on the same staircase. And then there's the endless ‘Vova, Vova’ racing against the beat, as if fate itself had decided to organise a karaoke session on the theme of waiting. It's ironic, funny, but there's something ridiculously real about this repetition.
