Ricochet

The hollow bass presses against your chest, the words cling like raindrops on glass - seemingly simple, but each time they penetrate deeper than expected. At first, it seems like an argument with someone outside yourself, but gradually you realise that it's about that inner voice that endlessly asks you to ‘stay where you are’ and ‘don't push forward’.

And the music only adds fuel to the fire: the growing ‘heat’ turns into a pulse, as if the air has heated up to the limit and is about to burst. And it no longer matters who was right or wrong - one thing is clear: it's impossible to hold back, it's too hot, too alive.
